We Hire Athletes!

NAI Northern California is a high-performance culture. An environment that is full of grit, perseverance and most importantly - winning! We want to hire only the best for our brokerage teams and we have found a common trait among some of our most successful individuals: Sports.   Why athletes?   Athletes are proven performers, on and off the field, possessing a similar mindset to our brokers thriving in NAIs fast-paced environment.   Athletes are: DISCIPLINED – dedicated to following rigorous schedules where time management is key. RESILIENT – respond from set-backs. They take failures & learn from experience. MOTIVATORS – bring an infectious energy and ‘can do’ attitude in order to overcome challenges. ADAPTABLE – adjust their focus to ensure their skills help the team in the best possible way. COMMUNICATORS – effectively interact with each other to work together better, forming a stronger overall team. TEAM PLAYERS – know the value of team work and can get the best from each other in challenging times. LEADERS – understand what it takes to be a leader and help others achieve their goals. COMPOSED – deliver under pressure, due to working in high-pressure environments on a daily basis.   We have a spot for you if you:   ·         Love the thrill of winning because 2nd isn't an option ·         Enjoy building networks of people ·         Are happiest when surrounded by high-energy, motivated people ·         Regularly achieve the goals you set for yourself ·         Don't take no for answer ·         Are a bit of a hustler ·         You find ways to make things happen and your friends describe you as resourceful ·         Are willing to obtain a CA Real Estate Salesperson (or broker) license   You can stop looking if you want:   ·         An unlimited opportunity for income - almost all our brokers earn 6 figures after their first year ·         A lucrative career helping people solve challenges and uncover profitable opportunities ·         To become known as a Commercial Real Estate expert in the Bay Area - we will train you ·         To partner up with a successful team that will provide ongoing, hands-on mentoring ·         A supportive management team that will coach, lead, support and guide you to success ·         A collaborative, transparent culture at a company that prides itself on its tech stack   You do what exactly?   We help people make the best decisions with their commercial real estate investments.
