About RR Digital
RR Digital is a digital marketing agency specializing in comprehensive solutions for law firms. Our content team produces highly individualized, research-intensive legal and medical content designed to educate readers, build trust, and accurately reflect each client's expertise.
About the Role
We're looking for someone with exceptional writing skills and legal content expertise to create well-researched legal content for our law firm clients. You will develop original content from research materials and briefs, and refine AI-generated drafts into accurate, engaging content that meets our standards for quality and legal accuracy. You will adapt your writing to different clients, practice areas, audiences, and brand standards. This is a full-time remote position.
The strongest candidates do more than follow a brief or summarize information. You should be able to independently research a topic, evaluate what you find, identify what is and is not supported by reliable sources, and use sound editorial judgment to turn that research into accurate, useful content.
What You'll Do
Content creation
- Write clear, original content or refine AI-generated drafts into accurate, publication-ready material.
- Follow client branding guidelines, style directives, and content brief instructions.
- Create new content, refresh existing content, and track developments in ongoing cases.
- Self-check all work for clarity, coherence, accuracy, and grammar before submission.
- Incorporate editorial feedback and revisions constructively and promptly.
Legal research and verification
- Independently verify all factual claims against primary and authoritative sources such as statutes, case law, regulatory documents, and peer-reviewed journals.
- Read and interpret statutes, case law, court filings, and regulatory language accurately.
- Flag any claim that cannot be verified, and keep unverified information out of drafts.
- Develop a deep understanding of assigned client practice areas through legal research.
- Evaluate source quality and decide which sources are appropriate to support specific claims.
- Use professional judgment to recognize when available information is insufficient or conflicting, and escalate when necessary.
