Who we are

Renmoney is a digital finance company on a mission to make financial inclusion simple and human. We provide easy-to-access loans, savings, and financial services to individuals and small businesses across Nigeria. We’re entering a new phase of digital-led growth, powered by data, AI, and customer-centric innovation - and marketing is at the heart of that journey.

We are the place for you, if:

You’re excited about technology and the future, and you’re looking for a place to learn and grow. You care a lot about detail and pride yourself in impeccable execution. You are adept at identifying, assessing, mitigating, monitoring and reporting risks, and ensuring controls are working effectively. You are ready to work extremely hard, at a fast pace, to achieve audacious goals. You love to speak up, ask questions and are comfortable challenging anyone or any idea.

The position

We’re looking for a modern, AI-first Motion/Video Designer to craft compelling visual content that engages our customers, explains our products, and drives performance. This is not a traditional design role - we want someone who’s deeply familiar with generative AI tools, understands what performs in digital channels, and can deliver high-quality videos fast.

You’ll own video production across ads, explainers, product demos, onboarding journeys, and internal campaigns. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, content, and brand teams to tell stories that resonate - while scaling creative output through AI-powered workflows.

What you’ll do

• Design and animate short- and long-form video content across paid, owned, and internal channels
• Use GenAI tools (Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Sora, ElevenLabs, etc.) for ideation, scripting, editing, voiceover, and localization
• Develop templates and scalable video systems for rapid content production
• Collaborate with brand, product marketing, and growth teams to align creative with campaign goals
• Produce explainers and visual assets that simplify complex financial concepts and drive customer understanding
• Continuously test and optimize video performance across engagement, CTR, conversion, and retention metrics
• Stay ahead of creative and platform trends across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and beyond.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in motion design and video content creation
• Proven portfolio of product explainers, social video, ad creatives, and short-form content
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in real-world creative workflows (submit examples with outcomes)
