The Position
We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce CRM across the business.
This role will drive the full lifecycle of the Salesforce deployment, including solution design, stakeholder alignment, system integration, implementation, adoption, and optimization. A key focus will be ensuring seamless integration between Salesforce, Rencore, and Mambu to support customer management, loan origination, deposit onboarding, and card product workflows.
As the Salesforce Champion, you will work closely with business and technology teams to deliver a platform that drives operational efficiency, customer experience, and business growth.
Responsibilities
Salesforce Project Delivery
- Lead full lifecycle Salesforce implementations and enhancements—from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, integration, testing, data migration, training, go-live, and post-go-live optimization.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and risk registers using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Serve as the Salesforce Implementation Champion by building executive sponsorship, driving cross-functional alignment, and promoting user adoption across departments.
- Work closely with Salesforce architects, developers, administrators, and external implementation partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, process mapping, gap analysis, and requirements sessions to translate business needs into effective Salesforce configurations and automations.
- Lead change management, communication plans, and training programs to maximize user adoption and minimize resistance.
- Manage project budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Deliver the Salesforce CRM implementation aligned to business goals across the Loans, Deposits, and Cards business lines.
Project Planning & Governance
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan covering scope, milestones, resource allocation, risk management, and budget tracking.
- Establish governance structures including steering committee meetings, working groups, and cross-functional status reviews.
