About the Role
We are looking for a Mid-Level Product Manager to join our Product team and help build impactful products that solve real customer problems and drive business growth.
In this role, you will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and customer-facing teams to identify opportunities, understand user needs, and turn insights into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.
You will own product initiatives end to end, from discovery and prioritization to development, release, and performance monitoring. We value product thinking that focuses on customer value and business impact rather than simply delivering more features.
What You'll Do
-
Conduct customer research and interviews to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities.
-
Research competitors, market trends, and best practices to inform product decisions.
-
Analyze product metrics, user feedback, and behavioral data to identify improvement opportunities.
-
Own product initiatives from discovery and planning through implementation, release, and monitoring.
-
Translate business objectives and user needs into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
-
Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to define solutions, assess technical feasibility, and make trade-off decisions.
-
Contribute to product roadmap planning and prioritize initiatives based on user value, business impact, and development effort.
-
Design and monitor experiments to validate hypotheses and improve product performance.
-
Coordinate release testing, documentation, and communication with relevant stakeholders.
