• Analytics Delivery: Own end-to-end scoping and delivery of partner-commissioned analytics projects, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable storytelling
• PubView Subscription Management: Manage partner subscriptions to Crossix's PubView product, supporting onboarding, data and ongoing dashboard questions
• Act as Client Escalation Bridge: Act as the liaison between media partners and the Client Services team for any client-specific issues, triaging escalations and ensuring swift, coordinated resolution
• Product & Methodology Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Crossix products and measurement methodology to credibly speak to partner questions, explain analytical outputs, and translate complex concepts clearly
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Client Services, Data Partnerships, Product, and Operations teams to be aware of all partner-related activities and ensure seamless execution across the organization

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a client-facing, account management, or partnerships role
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple relationships and workstreams simultaneously with exceptional organizational discipline and attention to detail
• Experience delivering analytics projects or data-driven insights to external stakeholders and non-technical audiences
• Strong critical thinking skills with a track record of proactive problem-solving
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; confident in client-facing settings
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment where priorities shift
• Must be in the New York City area and able to be in the office for team and customer meetings
