• Synthesize complex information into clear, compelling narratives that drive strategic action

• Proactively surface opportunities for platform efficiency and performance improvement before being asked

3. Stakeholder Communication & Influence

• Serve as a trusted analytics partner to Platform Operations teams

• Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations that distill complex analyses into simple, actionable insights

• Influence decision-making by framing data-driven recommendations in business terms that resonate with operators and leaders

• Strong business acumen—you understand how platforms work and can connect data to operational reality

• Exceptional problem-solving ability—you break down complex, ambiguous problems into structured analytical approaches

• Consulting mindset—you ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and drive toward practical solutions

• Executive presence—you communicate with confidence and clarity to senior stakeholders
