What will your day look like?
As a Senior Front-End Web Engineer, you will:
- Craft, build and deliver high-quality web experiences that delight customers and create meaningful outcomes.
- Develop modern, accessible and performant user interfaces using React, Next.js and TypeScript.
- Drive technical excellence through modern engineering practices, automated testing, observability and continuous delivery.
- Leverage AI-assisted and agentic engineering approaches to improve delivery effectiveness and engineer productivity.
- Contribute to the evolution of ANZ's web platform, front-end architecture and engineering standards.
- Mentor and coach engineers, helping grow technical capability across the team.
- Collaborate across marketing, design, security, architecture, platform and backend engineering teams to deliver shared outcomes.
- Facilitate technical discussions and help navigate complex engineering decisions.
- Take ownership of initiatives from concept through to production support while helping ensure the reliability, availability and security of customer-facing services.
