In-Store Sales Representative

Kognitive Sales Solutions is growing its in-store sales team and we are looking for driven, personable individuals who thrive in a retail environment. In this role you will work inside a major Canadian retailer, meeting customers where they shop and helping them discover a financial product from one of Canada's trusted brands. If you love sales, enjoy face-to-face conversations, and want a role where your results directly drive your income, this is for you.

Your Responsibilities

•       Proactively approach customers in-store and walk them through the features and value of our client's credit card products

•       Ask the right questions to understand each customer's situation and make a relevant, helpful recommendation

•       Serve as the product authority inside the store, knowledgeable, approachable, and credible

•       Consistently meet and surpass personal sales targets while championing the client brand

•       Create positive, memorable interactions that leave customers feeling well-served

•       Adapt your engagement style to connect with a wide variety of customers throughout the day

•       Develop reliable, productive partnerships with retail store staff

•       Safeguard customer data and maintain strict confidentiality in every interaction

•       Travel to and support multiple store locations across your assigned territory as needed

What We Offer

•       A flexible work schedule with hours available Monday to Sunday, 9am to 9pm

•       Permanent full-time or part-time positions so we can build careers, not just jobs

•       Uncapped commission on top of a competitive hourly base so the harder you work, the more you earn

•       Fully paid, structured training from day one plus ongoing coaching and skill development

•       A clear path to advancement within one of Canada's leading sales and marketing agencies

•       The opportunity to represent a household-name Canadian brand with a loyal customer base

Who Thrives in This Role

•       Someone outgoing, confident, and genuinely enjoys meeting people and starting conversations

•       Goal-oriented individuals who see targets as a challenge rather than a burden

•       Clear and compelling communicators who listen actively and adjust their message on the fly

•       People who take confidentiality seriously and hold themselves to a high ethical standard

•       Candidates open to completing a criminal and credit background check

•       Those with a hunger to keep learning through coaching, feedback, and hands-on experience

•       Prior experience in customer service or sales is a bonus; drive and attitude matter more

•       A vehicle or driver's license is an asset but not a barrier to applying

Compensation

•       Base wage 17.95 per hr plus uncapped commission

•       Permanent full-time or part-time positions available

•       Flexible schedule Monday through Sunday, 9 am to 9 pm
