Above all, we value someone who is dependable, approachable, adaptable and willing to roll up their sleeves as part of the team.

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

• Manage day-to-day HR administration, employee records and documentation across the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate onboarding, employee movements, contract renewals and offboarding.
• Work with HR, Finance, IT and other teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Coordinate job postings, interviews, candidate communications and recruitment documentation.
• Work with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.

Employee Engagement & Communication

• Be an approachable first point of contact for employee enquiries and day-to-day HR matters.

• Contribute to initiatives that strengthen employee connection and workplace experience

People Projects & Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to People projects supporting organisational priorities and employee experiences.
• Explore opportunities to use digital tools, agentic AI and automation to reduce repetitive work and improve accuracy.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure timely, accurate execution.

The exact mix of responsibilities will evolve based on business priorities and the needs of the team.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented, discreet and able to handle confidential employee information with sound judgement.
• Resourceful and collaborative, willing to roll up your sleeves and work with colleagues across different functions and cultures.
• Curious about AI, automation and digital tools, with a willingness to try practical ways of improving everyday HR work.
• Able to manage multiple tasks independently, keep track of deadlines and follow through without constant reminders.
• Confident and approachable when dealing with employees and managers, with clear communication and good interpersonal skills.
• Degree in Sociology, Sports Management, Communications, Anthropology, Social Sciences or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of hands-on HR experience, including onboarding, employee records, HR administration and employee enquiries.
• Available to commit to a six-month full-time fixed-term contract.

What You Can Expect

You will join an HR team that partners closely with the business in a dynamic, fast-paced and culturally diverse environment.

You will have opportunities to take ownership, collaborate across functions and locations, and contribute ideas that improve how we work, including through AI and automation.

We value initiative, sound judgement, teamwork and genuine care for people, alongside the discipline to follow through and get things done well.
