This is your chance to be part of a team shaping resilient infrastructure and the future of Geohazards and Mitigation across Western Canada.
As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer working in our Geohazards Practice within the overall Ground Engineering team in Calgary or Edmonton, you will play a key role in assessing a variety of geohazard-related challenges and delivering safe, sustainable, and optimized mitigation solutions that protect communities, industries, and ecosystems for generations to come.
This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned geotechnical professional who thrives on solving complex problems, driving high-quality client outcomes, and advancing technical excellence. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary experts on impactful projects while helping shape innovative solutions for some of Western Canada's most complex geotechnical and geohazard challenges.

- Deliver technical expertise on geotechnical investigations, feasibility studies, and hazard evaluations for both existing and proposed linear infrastructure.
- Guide multidisciplinary teams through desktop studies, field investigations, instrumentation programs, monitoring initiatives, design, construction, and site inspections.
- Develop innovative and practical mitigation solutions including slope stabilization systems, retaining structures, erosion protection measures, and ground improvement techniques.
- Manage projects through all phases of delivery while supporting business development, client relationships, safety, quality, budget management, and project success.
- Prepare high-quality technical deliverables such as engineering reports, models, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and permit documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, regulatory bodies, utilities, and multidisciplinary specialists to support safe, efficient, and well-integrated project delivery.
