Publisher Development

About LoopMe

LoopMe uses AI to change how brand advertising is bought, measured, and optimised. Where most adtech platforms optimise for impressions or clicks, we optimise for what actually matters to brands — awareness, purchase intent, foot traffic, and sales. Our outcomes-based approach consistently delivers 2–5x the performance of industry benchmarks, which is why the world’s leading brands, agencies, and publishers work with us.

We’ve grown at 40% CAGR every year since 2018, generating over $2 billion in cumulative gross revenue, and we’re building toward $1 billion in annual revenue. That growth is powered by a 400-person global team across 19 cities — and by commercial talent that knows how to sell something genuinely differentiated in a crowded market. If you want to represent a product that wins on results, not relationships alone, this is the right place.

The opportunity

You’ll join LoopMe’s growing global Open Marketplace team in APAC as Director, Publisher Development — owning the full cycle of initiating, negotiating, and closing mobile advertising and monetisation partnerships with leading mobile applications and publishing companies across the region. This role reports to the Head of Business Development.

What you’ll do

• Identify and develop new publisher relationships across mobile gaming and non-gaming communities throughout the APAC region
• Lead outreach to publishers seeking monetisation solutions, managing negotiations through to signed contracts
• Understand publishers’ business models and technical capabilities to pitch monetisation strategies that create incremental value
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Legal to ensure LoopMe’s publisher proposition addresses evolving market needs
• Monitor industry and market developments to identify emerging monetisation opportunities and bring new supply partnerships to the pipeline

What you’ll bring

Essential

• 5+ years of business development or publisher sales experience in adtech, mobile advertising, or an ad network or exchange environment
• Experience with mobile app monetisation — you understand publisher business models and can identify where a programmatic platform creates incremental revenue
• The ability to build and develop senior relationships at publishing companies, from initial conversation through to signed partnership agreement
• Fluency in Mandarin and English — written and verbal — to operate effectively across the APAC market
• Comfort operating as an autonomous contributor in a fast-moving environment, driving deals to close without close supervision

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Salesforce or a comparable CRM
• Japanese or Korean language skills
• Established relationships with mobile gaming or non-gaming publishers in China or APAC

What we offer

• Bonus
• Remote working — you’ll ideally be based in Shanghai or Beijing
• Annual leave
• 1 month work-from-anywhere
