• Driving adherence to APSYS tools and continuous improvement initiatives within the EPU.

• Ensuring operational readiness and addressing production constraints to meet planned output, quality, and safety requirements.

• Coordinating operator training, onboarding, and skills development to maintain a competent and engaged workforce.

• Monitoring SQCD (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery) indicators and implementing corrective actions to achieve targets.

• Facilitating root-cause analysis and supporting the implementation of corrective actions to resolve production issues.

• Proven ability to deliver against master production schedules and manage blue-collar labor in a unionized environment.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, technologies, and special processes.

• Familiarity with lean management tools, EHS regulations, and industrial management practices.

• Sound leadership skills, including adaptability, inclusivity, and a commitment to responsibility.

• Experience in the railway industry or industrialization environment is desirable but not essential.

Things you’ll enjoy Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:

• Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from boring daily routines.
