Electrical Engineer

JUST ONE, on behlaf of its client, a leading group with a strong presence in the Facilities Management Sector is looking for an Electrical Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical crews and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities across the airport’s building facilities.
• Supervise maintenance works related to electrical installations, including lighting systems and electrical panels.
• Collaborate with in-house engineers, technicians, supervisors, and external contractors to ensure the smooth execution of maintenance activities.
• Monitor work progress, ensure compliance with technical standards and safety procedures, and address operational issues as they arise.
• Prepare cost estimates and support the costing of maintenance works.
• Coordinate maintenance activities within a 24/7 operational environment, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

Requirements

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, or Electrical & Computer Engineering, from a Polytechnic School (e.g. NTUA, AUTh, University of Patras). Please note: degrees from Technological Education institutions (TEI / T.E.) do not meet the requirements for this role.
• Active membership of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE) for at least 5 years, with a licence to practise (signature rights)
• Experience coordinating technical crews and overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance in building facilities
• Comfortable working with in-house engineers, technicians, supervisors and external subcontractors
• Cost tracking and budgeting skills for maintenance works
• Very good command of English
• Good computer skills (MS Office; CMMS or maintenance software is a plus)
• Availability for extended working hours, as the airport operates 24/7

Benefits

• Annual Gross Compensation: Base Salary €45.000 - €55.000
