Job title: IT Recruiter – Emerging AI Roles
Location: Bangalore, India
Work type: Full-time, On-site (US shift)
Findem is hiring a Bangalore-based IT Recruiter, working the US shift, to fill the new roles AI is creating for our clients.
About Findem
Findem is the AI-powered talent acquisition platform redefining how leading companies discover, attract and hire talent. Our agentic platform combines enriched 3D data on hundreds of millions of professionals with autonomous agents that do the work of modern talent teams.
Outcome Operations delivers hiring as an outcome: clients buy hires, not seats. Agents do the work that scales; people do the work that doesn’t, like judgment, persuasion, calibration and relationships.
About the role
AI is creating roles such as Forward Deployed Engineer, AI Enablement Specialist and AI Governance, and our clients’ hiring managers are often filling them for the first time. That makes these searches hard. Requirements start vague, they change as the hiring manager learns, and few candidates have done the job before.
You’ll turn that ambiguity into hires. You’ll work directly with US hiring managers to define the ideal candidate, find people whose experience fits even when their title doesn’t, and present a slate every week that gets sharper with each round of feedback. You’ll use Claude and Findem’s agents to move fast; the judgment, relationships and conviction are yours.
Role at a glance
- Shift: US shift, aligned to US hiring managers’ business hours (evening to early morning IST)
What you’ll do
Your week revolves around a standing meeting with each hiring manager, and everything else feeds into the next one.
- Shape the role with the hiring manager: Work directly with IT Directors, Directors and VPs of Field Services to understand who they picture as the ideal candidate. Help first-time hiring managers separate must-haves from nice-to-haves and pin down the actual work.
- Adapt as requirements change: Capture each change the hiring manager makes, confirm it with them, and re-aim the search the same week.
- Map adjacent talent: Few people have held these titles, so identify backgrounds that transfer, such as solutions or implementation engineers for a Forward Deployed Engineer role. Use market data to show hiring managers how many people match their profile, and adjust it with them when the pool is too thin.
- Run the weekly candidate cadence: Present a new set of candidates to each hiring manager every week. Gather feedback on candidates and interviews, and use recorded meeting notes so nothing is lost.
