The Regional Senior Project Engineer serves as the primary liaison between the Engineering Service Manager and the regional Project Engineer team across all active jobs. This role is the region's subject matter expert on engineering process, specification management, and streamlining effectiveness across pre-job planning, BIM coordination, and overall engineering performance. The Regional Senior Project Engineer sets and enforces consistent engineering standards across projects, mentors Project Engineers, and represents engineering in cross-functional project leadership discussions. This is a regional, portfolio-level role and does not carry single-project execution responsibility.
