Start your adventure with Zip

As a Senior Risk Analyst at Zip, you’ll use data to directly shape how we improve repayment outcomes and evolve our collections strategy. You’ll take end-to-end ownership of high-impact analytics, turning complex data into clear insights and recommendations that improve repayment rates, optimize collection costs, and help the business identify emerging risks and opportunities. You’ll join a highly collaborative Risk team where curiosity, critical thinking, and ownership are valued. Partnering with stakeholders across Zip and our external collections partners, you’ll have the opportunity to influence high-visibility initiatives, test and learn from new approaches, and see your analysis translate into meaningful action for both our customers and the business.
