Double Good is a leading fundraising app and best-in-class technology company redefining how youth organizations raise funds for the causes they care about. Teams run short, high-impact fundraisers by selling delicious popcorn through personalized Pop-Up Stores, keeping 50% of every sale. Thousands of schools and teams nationwide use Double Good to raise meaningful funds quickly and easily.
Guided by our mission to create joy, Double Good also supports the Double Good Kids Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization that exists to spark joy for children with special needs and the people who care for them through inclusive experiences and spaces that foster play, connection, and possibility.
Double Good has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 list 19 times and ranked No. 16 on Crain’s Chicago Business Fast 50 list in 2026, and it continues to grow while staying focused on impact.
In recent years, Double Good has seen 40% year over year growth, and we’re excited about our future! We’re excited about the possibility of you joining our mission. We are looking for a Manager of BI to join our Data team.
Location - This role is hybrid and will be onsite 3 days per week from our Elmhurst or downtown Chicago location.
About the role:
Lead Double Good's BI team toward one target state: every Monday, business users open certified Looker dashboards and AI-generated summaries for their function. This leader defines the 2-year BI strategy and roadmap to bring that vision to fruition.
Scope and Range: Double Good is a fundraising app paired with our own gourmet popcorn kitchens. Youth teams and schools fundraise in a few clicks, we cook and ship directly to supporters, and half of every dollar goes back to the youth organization.
The Manager, Business Intelligence reports to the VP of Data & Analytics and leads a high-performing team of 2-3 BI Analysts and BI & Analytics Engineers. The team owns the consumption layer: KPI definitions, certified Looker dashboards, self-service adoption, and insights. This role is the primary BI partner to the leaders of Product, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Sales. This is a player-coach role: you define the BI strategy, set priorities, develop the team, and still build in Looker and write SQL when it matters.
Target state: every Monday, business users open certified Looker dashboards and AI-generated summaries for their function. Every certified metric serves three readers: people, downstream forecasts and plans, and AI. The roadmap is driven by the Data & Analytics team's four impacts on the business: grow and keep organizers, ever-improving product, finance-grade unit economics, and demand-driven operations.
