GTM Intern

We are looking for a Go to Market Intern that wants to help advance AI where it matters most, by unlocking compliant access to high-quality data across fields.

This is not an internship where you sit on the sidelines. At Redpine, you will work directly with our data and founding team (ex-McKinsey, VC, Spotify) and own the outcome end to end. If you are hungry, ambitious, and ready to turn your drive into real impact from day one, this is your launchpad.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership: Take an urgent data request from a leading AI lab and own it all the way from first brief to final delivery with support from the team.

• Partner sourcing & outreach: Identify the right data partners and find creative ways to book meetings and build relationships with the key decision makers.

• Deal progress: Work with the data team and CEO to move partnerships from first contact to close by pitching, following up and building trust.

• Ad-hoc projects: Support the wider team with strategic initiatives and administrative tasks to remove friction and accelerate deal flow.

Qualifications

• Strong drive: Current student or recent graduate in Business, Engineering, or similar field, who has consistently performed at a high level in academics or extracurriculars.

• Excellent communicator: You have strong written and verbal skills in English, and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.

• Agile fast learner: You grasp technical and commercial concepts quickly, have a genuine interest in AI, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience is a plus: Previous work in high-growth startups, GTM, VC, or knowledge of sectors including health, finance, robotics and law, is a strong advantage.

• In the end, mindset matters more than your CV. We look for people who believe anything is possible, thrive in ambiguity, act fast and see things through.

Why join Redpine?

• Help advance AI in the areas that matters most by helping global frontier AI labs get compliant access to high-quality data. Work at the actual cutting edge of AI.

• Work in a global-first, AI-native, fast-growing company and have an impact from day 1.

• Learn from and have fun with a stellar team, bringing their expertise from McKinsey, Spotify, CERN, Sana, Deloitte, Pleo, and more.

Practicalities

• Paid, onsite in central Stockholm.

• 5 months, full-time.

• Jan - May 2027.

• First intake closes Nov 1st. We review applications as they come in, so apply early.

• You need the right to work in Sweden. Unfortunately, we can’t yet sponsor visas.
