ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and analytical candidate for the position of Sr. Director, Project Valuation and Analysis. - Ensure modeling incorporates key incentives such as Investment Tax Credit (ITC), Production Tax Credit (PTC), and other federal/state incentives.
- Build portfolio-level analytics to support capital allocation and strategic planning.
- Evaluate development pipeline performance and identify value optimization opportunities.
