You will be responsible for designing bespoke partner strategies, managing complex integrations, and driving joint marketing initiatives to ensure mutual growth and success.

YOUR IMPACT

• Partner Analysis: Continuously analyze partner performance and operational workflows to determine the best, most profitable way to engage with each specific channel partner.
• Complex Problem Solving: Navigate ambiguous, multifaceted situations and proactively resolve high-level strategic issues before they impact business goals.
• Expert Relationship Building: Serve as the primary point of contact, maintaining exceptional relationships both externally with partner stakeholders and internally with our product, sales, and engineering teams.
• Joint Marketing: Collaborate with partners to generate and execute joint marketing strategies, co-branded campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives that drive revenue and market penetration.
• Cross-functional Alignment: Champion partner needs internally, working across departments to ensure our company is delivering on integration milestones and support SLAs.

WHO YOU ARE

• Experience: 7+ years of experience in channel management, strategic partnerships, or complex B2B project management.
• Project Management Skills: Proven track record of managing technical or operational integrations with third-party partners.
• Strategic Acumen: Exceptional ability to analyze market data, evaluate partner potential, and build actionable, long-term business strategies.
• Relationship Expertise: Demonstrated mastery in internal and external stakeholder management, with the emotional intelligence to navigate complex corporate dynamics.
• Marketing Collaboration: Previous experience building and executing joint Go-To-Market (GTM) and marketing strategies with B2B partners.
• Language Skills: Native or highly fluent in German and professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Location: Residing in Germany with the ability to travel to partner sites and company events as needed.
• Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.
