POSITION SUMMARY

The Therapy Development Specialist (TDS), is responsible for supporting a broad range of activities for North or South China, including clinical support of product usage in the operating theatre, supporting therapy development-related activities such as running training and education programs, monitoring therapy adoption, and adjusting courses, when and if necessary.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: 

This role has three important areas of responsibility, and the successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience and achievement in all three areas.

 Clinical Support for Cases:

• Master the clinical and product knowledge required by the job.
• Responsible for providing professional case support to the customers in the region independently.
• Establish a good relationship with customers.
• Provide professional academic support to clients to enhance their surgical skills and help them keep abreast of the latest therapy-related information.
• Support in collecting and reporting product complaints and HCP’s feedback related to AtriCure products during or after case support. 

Lead the execution of Training & Education that sets the benchmark for clinical outcomes.

• Drive training & education for Health Care Professionals related to cardiac ablation in China based on the Physician Training Pathway
