At i360technologies, we deliver business consulting and technology solutions that support the mission of federal agencies. We are hiring an Oracle Analytics FDI Developer to help a major federal agency modernize how it manages money. This is a one-of-a-kind, 10-year financial management transformation, replacing legacy systems with a modern cloud platform used across the agency.
You'll help build the financial dashboards and reports the agency uses to see its data clearly and track performance. Centralizing financial data and improving reporting and analytics is a core goal of the program. This is an entry-level role: if you're curious about data, learn fast, and want to start your career on a program of this size, this role is built for you.
Why AI Matters Here
AI is central to how this team delivers. We want developers who already use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to learn new platforms quickly, write and debug SQL, build visualizations, check data, and document their work. You don't need years of experience. You do need to show us how you've used AI to learn something new and get real results.
What You Will Do
- Help develop Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) dashboards, visualizations, and analytical content.
- Support configuration of financial subject areas and semantic models.
- Help build KPIs and performance metrics.
- Write and test SQL queries.
- Help integrate Fusion ERP data into analytics solutions.
- Validate financial data and reporting accuracy.
- Support dashboard and query performance tuning.
- Support security and role-based access to analytics.
- Support testing, deployment, and production support.
- Document your work and learn from senior developers on the team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- 1year of experience required.
- Knowledge of SQL through coursework, projects, or work.
- Knowledge of or hands-on experience with a data visualization or BI tool (Oracle Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Basic understanding of data modeling or databases.
- Interest in financial data and reporting.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to learn new technologies and get work done.
What You'll Gain
- A start to your career on a decade-long federal modernization program.
- Mentorship from senior Oracle analytics and federal financial management specialists.
- A career path that grows with the program: more scope, more responsibility, more expertise each year.
