Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and Repair: Keep everything running from HVAC systems to electrical, plumbing, and structural elements.

• Ensure Satisfaction: Deliver top-notch service to our residents by keeping both the interior and exterior in prime condition.

• Stay Ahead of Maintenance Needs: Preventative maintenance is key. You’ll document and address issues before they become bigger problems.

• Collaborate with a Family-Oriented Team: Work alongside a supportive, loyal group that has your back.

What We’re Looking For:

• Family and Loyalty Focused: You believe in hard work, and you value long-term relationships. You’re not just looking for a job—you’re looking for a place to grow and contribute.

• Self-Starter with Initiative: You don’t wait around for things to happen—you make them happen. You take ownership and pride in your work.

• Communication Skills: You’re able to communicate clearly and respectfully with both team members and residents.

Perks and Benefits:

• Generous Paid Time Off: Start with 14.5 paid holidays, plus 88 hours of PTO after 90 days, and a bonus 120 hours after your first year with BAM.

• Personal & Professional Development: Access to tools for endless growth opportunities.

• Rent Discounts: Competitive housing discounts so you can call a BAM property home.

• Family-Oriented Culture: Work hard, play hard, and WIN together. BAM fosters a tight-knit environment where you’re never just a number.

Physical Demands:

This is a hands-on role, so expect to be on your feet, moving, bending, climbing, and lifting heavy objects. You’ll need the stamina to keep up with the demands of the job.

Is This You?

If you have a high school diploma (or equivalent), 2-3 years of maintenance experience, and hold a valid driver’s license, you're already ahead of the game. If you also have an EPA Type 2 or Universal certification, even better!
