This system is complemented by the Building Operating System–developed in-house.

Über die Rolle

Unser Werksleiter trägt die Gesamtverantwortung für die operative und strategische Führung des Werkes zur Herstellung modularer Bauelemente unter Anwendung automotiver Prozesse. Dazu ist die Sicherstellung einer effizienten, qualitativ hochwertigen und kostenoptimierten Produktion inklusive Logistik und Personalführung zu gewährleisten.

Dein Aufgabenbereich umfasst:

Gesamtverantwortung Werk

• Ganzheitliche Verantwortung für Produktion, Logistik, Qualität, Instandhaltung und Personal
• Sicherstellung der termin-, kosten- und qualitätsgerechten Lieferung an Kunden
• Verantwortung für Budget, KPI‑Systeme und kontinuierliche Ergebnisverbesserung

Produktion & Prozesse

• Steuerung und Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse nach Automotive-Standards (z. B. ISO 9001, APQP, FMEA, PPAP)
• Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Lean-Management-Bausteinen (z. B. KVP, Shopfloor-Management, Wertstrom-Analyse, 5S, SMED, OEE)
• Kontinuierliche Steigerung von Produktivität, Qualität und Anlagenverfügbarkeit

Logistik & Materialfluss

• Verantwortung für interne und externe Logistikprozesse
• Optimierung von Materialflüssen, Lagerbeständen und Durchlaufzeiten
• Sicherstellung einer stabilen Supply Chain im Kontext modularer Bauweisen

Personal & Führung

• Führung und Entwicklung der Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitenden im Werk
