Corporate & Markets Specialist

Are you experienced in corporate finance and capital markets and eager to shape the future of AI? Large-scale language models are evolving from simple conversational tools into systems capable of analyzing complex financial structures, interpreting market activity, and supporting strategic corporate decision-making. With high-quality training data, tomorrow’s AI can help enhance financial analysis, improve market research, and support professionals across banking, advisory, and capital markets. That training data begins with you—we need your expertise to help power the next generation of AI.

We’re looking for individuals with knowledge of corporate finance, equity and debt capital markets, financial statement analysis, valuation methodologies, capital structure, mergers and acquisitions, IPO processes, regulatory disclosures, and market dynamics. You’ll challenge advanced language models on topics such as financial modeling, transaction structuring, pricing strategies, underwriting considerations, risk assessment, and macroeconomic impacts on markets—documenting failure modes so we can strengthen model reasoning and analytical precision.

On a typical day, you will engage the model with corporate finance and market-based scenarios, analytical exercises, and strategic reasoning tasks; verify financial accuracy and logical consistency; assess the validity of valuation and market interpretations; capture reproducible error traces; and provide structured feedback to improve prompts, evaluation frameworks, and reasoning depth. You may also help identify where models oversimplify complex transactions or misinterpret regulatory or market signals.

A background in finance, economics, accounting, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not required. Experience in investment banking, corporate finance, capital markets, consulting, or related areas is valuable, and entry-level candidates with foundational knowledge and strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply. Clear, metacognitive communication—explicitly articulating reasoning and decision processes (“showing your work”)—is essential.

Ready to turn your corporate and markets expertise into the knowledge foundation for tomorrow’s AI? Apply today and help train systems that support financial professionals and institutions worldwide.

We offer a pay range of $6 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary from the pay range listed above. As a contractor you’ll supply a secure computer and high-speed internet; company-sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.
