What is the President & GM, Health Systems role?

We are seeking a President & GM, Health Systems to lead and scale CopilotIQ’s Health Systems business. Reporting directly to the CEO, this leader will operate as the general manager of the business, with responsibility for its strategy, growth, P&L, customer relationships, and overall performance. The portfolio includes Hospital at Home, SNF at Home, Post-Acute Remote Patient Monitoring, Chronic Care, and other technology-enabled care models delivered in partnership with health systems.

This is an established software business with Tier 1 health system customers, a differentiated technology platform, and its own Engineering, Customer Success, and Account Management teams. The opportunity is to build the strategy and commercial engine required to take the business to its next stage of growth.

You will determine where we should focus, sharpen our positioning and go-to-market strategy, accelerate new customer acquisition, and materially increase the scale of our existing health system relationships. You will also ensure that what we sell can be successfully implemented, delivers measurable customer value, and expands over time.

This is not simply an execution role: you will have the mandate to determine where the business should play, which markets and offerings deserve investment, and how we build a category-leading health system business.

The ideal candidate has helped build and materially scaled an enterprise healthcare technology business ideally from an early stage to $100M+ in revenue. You understand how to sell complex solutions into health systems, develop durable C-suite relationships, build repeatable commercial motions, and translate customer and market insight into product and operating priorities.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own the strategy, P&L, growth plan, and overall performance of the health system business line.
• Define where we compete and win across Hospital at Home, SNF at Home, Post-Acute RPM, Chronic Care, and adjacent opportunities.
