Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting

Strategic Talent Acquisition

• Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill data center roles.
• Utilize creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, industry associations, referrals, and market mapping initiatives.
• Identify and engage passive candidates within the data center, mission-critical construction, engineering, and technology sectors.
• Provide market intelligence regarding talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive hiring activity.

Partnership & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
• Proactively communicate hiring progress, risks, and recommended actions to business leaders.
• Facilitate intake meetings, interview calibration sessions, and post-interview debrief discussions.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to recruit technical, engineering, infrastructure, or professional services talent.
• Experience supporting multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience identifying passive candidates.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to influence hiring decisions through data, market insights, and recruiting expertise.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

To support a fair, consistent, and high-quality hiring experience, some interviews may be recorded. These recordings help our team focus fully on the conversation at hand, rather than note-taking, and allow us to better evaluate and improve our recruitment process. Recordings are used solely for internal purposes such as training, quality assurance, and process improvement. Candidates will be informed in advance and asked to provide consent before any recording takes place.
