This role is suited to professionals who have built their careers in the energy sector and have a proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects safely, commercially, and to programme. We are particularly interested in individuals with experience across substations, overhead lines and high-voltage cable projects.
About LOCKROSE

Our team supports some of the industry's most complex and nationally significant transmission and distribution projects, helping clients deliver the infrastructure needed for a secure, reliable and low-carbon energy system.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for experienced project leaders who can take ownership of delivery, build strong client relationships and provide clear leadership to project teams.

Working closely with clients, contractors and technical specialists, you will take ownership of project delivery, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with agreed programme and budget requirements.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage project risks, interfaces, outages, access requirements and critical programme activities.
- Monitor project costs, forecasts, change control and cash flow, ensuring commercial objectives are achieved.
- Undertake Client responsibilities under NEC3/NEC4 contracts, including contract administration, change management and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure high standards of health, safety, environmental and quality performance are maintained across project teams and supply chain partners.
