Strategic Marketing Manager

ABOUT YOU

You are a strategic, highly driven marketing professional who understands that great marketing should directly support business growth. You bring 8+ years of marketing experience, ideally within the architecture, engineering, construction, commercial real estate, development, or related industries, and understand how complex capital projects come together.

You are equally comfortable developing strategy and executing the details. You can take complex project, design, and construction information and turn it into compelling stories that resonate with owners, developers, institutional leaders, architects, design professionals, and other key decision-makers. You take ownership, communicate with confidence, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and continuously look for ways to improve the playbook.

Most importantly, you see yourself as a business partner — someone who understands the connection between marketing, business development, and growth and is invested in delivering meaningful results.
