This Director will provide accounting advisory services including, but not limited to, IPO and M&A Readiness, SEC Compliance & Financial Reporting, CFO Advisory, Transaction Advisory, Technical Accounting Research, and addressing the need for continuous improvement and optimization of the finance and accounting functions. In addition, the ideal candidate has a strong desire to build and maintain a book of business.
