Premium Resolutions Partner

About the Team

DoorDash for Business provides meal solutions to our corporate clientele, but we aren’t stopping there. Our mission is to become the premier benefits partner for executives, employees, and administrators across the globe, leveraging the DoorDash platform to deliver industry-leading selection, quality, and customer service to every business customer for every business use case. We are building an entrepreneurial, customer-obsessed, and fast-moving team to create the right products and services for the future of work.

About the Role

As a Premium Resolution Partner, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for DoorDash for Business and Catering customers when the answer isn’t straightforward and the stakes are high. You’ll own complex customer issues from start to finish, working directly with customers across phone, video, and email to understand what happened, navigate the right path forward, and see the resolution through.

While our frontline Support teams are built to resolve issues in the moment, you’ll step in when a problem requires deeper investigation, cross-functional coordination, or ownership beyond a single interaction. You’ll have the autonomy and accountability to drive these issues forward—digging into our systems, bringing together the right partners, and staying with the customer until there’s a meaningful resolution.

Reporting to the Manager of Customer Operations, you’ll work closely with Account Management, Product, Strategy & Operations, and other teams across DoorDash. You’ll develop deep expertise in how our products and operations work, advocate for customers, and turn what you learn from individual cases into insights that improve the experience at scale.

This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role supporting some of DoorDash for Business’s largest and most sophisticated customers, including Fortune 1000 companies. As we grow the team from one to three, you’ll also help define how Premium Resolution works and what great looks like—creating an opportunity to build strong customer and business judgment quickly while growing alongside the function.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

• You want real ownership –  You’ll take complex Business and Catering client issues from first signal through resolution, with the autonomy to drive the right outcome rather than simply handing problems off.
• You’re energized by solving the hard problems – You like getting beneath the surface, connecting the dots across systems and teams, and uncovering the root cause—not just treating the symptom.
• You thrive when the path isn’t obvious –  You’re comfortable making thoughtful calls in fast-moving, high-stakes situations and have the judgment to balance customer needs, business impact, and operational realities.
• You love becoming the expert –  You’ll build deep fluency in DoorDash’s products, systems, and operational tools, giving you the context to solve problems quickly and navigate complexity with confidence.
• You want to be a true advocate for customers –  You’ll understand what’s at stake for the customer, take their experience personally, and work across DoorDash to get them to the best possible outcome.
• You want your work to have impact beyond a single case – You’ll spot patterns across customer experiences, translate them into actionable insights, and help influence the product and operational improvements that prevent the next issue from happening.

We’re excited about you because…

• Bring 2+ years of experience in account management, customer support, retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role, plus a college degree or equivalent experience.
• Are a fast learner who can quickly become proficient in new systems, tools, and processes. Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft, or Google Workspace is a plus.
• Exercise strong judgment — you know when to solve a problem independently, when to bring in the right partner, and how to keep things moving either way.
• Are a clear, confident communicator who builds trust with customers and internal partners, even when conversations are difficult or the answer isn’t what someone hoped to hear.
• Bring curiosity, humility, and a growth mindset — you ask thoughtful questions, seek out context, respond well to feedback, and are always looking to learn.
• Are comfortable working in ambiguity and change, adapting quickly as priorities, processes, and the business evolve.

We expect this position to be filled by 12/2/26.
