Associate, Fraud Partner Operations

About the Team

We believe the only way to predict the future is to build it. Creating solutions to lead our company and our industry is what we do — on every project, every day. This is especially true in Fraud Operations, where we're constantly finding new ways to minimize and prevent fraudulent activity on the platform. Through continuous improvement and operational excellence, our Fraud Strategy and Operations team protects both the business and our customers from bad actors.

About the Role

As a Senior Associate in Fraud Operations, you'll help safeguard our platform through fraud detection and prevention. You're excited about this opportunity because you will…

• Own the day-to-day health of fraud queues worked by our outsourced vendor partners(BPO), monitoring performance against key operational goals and driving improvement plans when queues fall short
• Lead quality review programs with vendor QA teams, using root-cause analysis to improve review accuracy and strengthen fraud detection and prevention
