Marketing & Communications Coordinator

At Alpine Eagle, we’re building the future of counter-drone defence. We’re a fast-growing, international deep-tech company working at the intersection of aerospace engineering, defence systems, and machine learning. Our goal: create the world’s first swarm-based, airborne counter-drone system. Modern conflicts show how quickly drones are reshaping the battlefield. Threats are rising, and today’s solutions aren’t keeping pace. We’re here to change that.

Alpine Eagle isn’t just a defence company. It’s a mission. Backed by an international team, strong funding, and a bold vision, we’re looking for people who want to shape the next generation of aerial security and build something that truly matters.

Therefore, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our communications and marketing activities across multiple channels. • Event and Project Support: Organize trade shows, meetings, and promotional events, ensuring all logistics and materials are prepared.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Track campaign performance, sales data, and marketing metrics, preparing reports to guide decision-making.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, design, and communications, to ensure marketing initiatives align with company goals.
• Marketing Operations & Content Management: Maintaining the Asset Library, making sure our website is always up to date and content in information is accessible for internal and external stakeholders.

✅ What you need to be successful:

• Initial professional experience in marketing, communications, business, public relations, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
