Whether you come from a background in sales, customer service, or roles that require juggling multiple priorities, you can be successful in this role. We don’t require a specific degree or experience, but we’re looking for translatable skills and relevant expertise. We will provide you with the training and development opportunities needed to build a career here!

About The Role:

As a Home Buying Concierge, you’ll work with your team to help make the homebuying journey smoother and less stressful for our borrowers. This role is driven by teamwork—you’ll be collaborating with teammates to build a strong culture of support and teamwork. While the loan team handles the mortgage side of things, you’ll be the one taking the stress of moving logistics off the borrower’s shoulders. Success here means helping borrowers feel supported every step of the way, working closely with our sister companies, and connecting with service providers to make things happen.

With a base salary and commission setup, you're looking at $42,000 to $60,000 in your first year. But here's where it gets exciting - our top earners are hitting $80,000 and beyond, thanks to performance incentives that can propel your earnings higher.

Here’s a snapshot of what you’d be doing:

• Building connections with borrowers (mostly by phone, voicemail, or text) to educate and assist them with the moving process—overall, taking stress off their plate and getting them excited about the homebuying journey!

• Partnering with teams across the company and external providers to get borrowers the products and services they need.

• Pitching in wherever needed (excluding licensed tasks) to help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture.

About You:

• A dedicated work ethic drives everything you do, and you’re always ready to go the extra mile.

• High volumes of interactions don’t faze you—you stay organized and focused, no matter what.

• You excel in fast-paced, results-driven environments, and you thrive when collaborating with a supportive, team-focused group.

• Providing outstanding customer service comes naturally, and your strong communication skills make it easy to connect with others, whether in person, over the phone, or through email.

• Adapting to shifting priorities and change feels like second nature, and you’re always ready to pivot when needed

• You’re confident using basic computer technologies and comfortable navigating the tools needed for an internet-based company.

• Oh, and you show up—reliable, ready to go, and committed to making a difference every day.

*** Similar to the introduction that can precede all job descriptions, an outro can also be formatted for consistency on all posts
