DVM

At Juno Veterinary, we’re building the next generation of animal care. Our mission is to make sure every pet - and every person who cares for them - has the support they need to thrive. We’re founder-owned, proudly Canadian, and creating the Juno Standard of Care for our members and our teams.

Juno is growing in Toronto. As new practices come to market, we want to meet the doctors who will help build the care teams behind them. This is a chance to start a conversation about future Lead DVM opportunities, not an application for a specific immediate opening.

Your Role in Juno’s Journey:

DVMs are the clinic captains. An important source of professional mentorship, our Doctors of Veterinary Medicine supervise treatment and ensure clinical excellence.

They uphold and practice the Juno Standard of Care, veterinary medicine of the highest quality, while being deeply compassionate, constantly collaborative, all while ensuring that every pet and person feel like they matter.

Juno veterinarians are not only the hands that care for our patients or the mind that solves problems - they are the heart behind every act of compassion that ripples out across our clinics and community.

As a Lead DVM you have a role in shaping associate DVMs into excellent and compassionate doctors, collaborative colleagues, and thoughtful partners in Juno’s evolution of pet care.  You are also a partner to your PM to understand and support the success of clinic teams through medicine, member experience, and efficient operations.
