Our Client Success Team

Noom’s Client Success team partners with employers to deliver meaningful health outcomes for their employees. We support clients throughout the full partnership lifecycle—from implementation and launch through ongoing engagement and renewal—working cross-functionally to ensure an exceptional client experience and help more people access Noom’s solutions.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Client Success Associate to support Noom’s Employer partnerships. This role is ideal for someone early in their client-facing career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by managing a high volume of accounts and priorities.

You’ll support day-to-day account management, client launches, engagement, and renewals while learning the full client success lifecycle. Working closely with a Client Success Manager and cross-functional partners, you’ll help keep accounts on track, maintain accurate client information, and ensure clients receive timely, high-quality support.

You Will

• Support client retention and engagement across a high-volume portfolio of Employer accounts.
• Track account health, renewal dates, launch timelines, and key milestones across your portfolio.
• Monitor accounts for early warning signs and proactively flag potential risks to your manager.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client information in CRM and account-tracking tools.
• Support new client implementations, launches, and ongoing account-management activities.
• Respond to routine client questions and requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Help drive post-launch enrollment and engagement activities.
• Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up communications for client meetings.
• Manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and competing priorities across several accounts simultaneously.
• Help document and maintain scalable processes as the Client Success organization grows.

You Have

• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, such as account management, client services, customer success, implementation, or a similar function; experience in digital health, healthcare, or SaaS is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of accounts and competing priorities without losing track of important details.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working with data and basic reporting to monitor account status, milestones, and performance.
• Experience using CRM platforms and account-management or project-tracking tools.
• Comfort using AI tools to work more efficiently and enthusiasm for adopting new tools as our technology stack evolves.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn the full client success lifecycle.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 20%.

What Makes This Job Amazing

• Make a meaningful impact. You’ll support partnerships that help more people access tools and programs designed to improve their health.
• Build a strong Client Success foundation. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the full client lifecycle, including implementation, engagement, account management, and renewals.
• Learn from experienced teammates. You’ll receive hands-on mentorship while developing the skills needed to grow your career within Client Success.
• Help shape how we scale. You’ll contribute to building and improving the processes that support a growing portfolio of Employer partners.

What You’ll Earn and Enjoy

• Pay that reflects your impact. Compensation benchmarked to the market and shaped by your impact and value.
• Investment in your future. A 401(k) with company match to help you build long-term financial security.
• Time to truly recharge. Paid holidays, generous time off, Summer Fridays, and a company-wide Summer Break week so the whole team can unplug together.
• Care that covers it all. Access to top-tier medical plans for you and your family, including a premium-free plan option, alongside dental, vision, and life insurance.
• Support for growing families. Paid parental leave to give you the time and flexibility to focus on what matters most.
• And more to help you thrive. Stock awards, a performance-based bonus, and exclusive access to Noom’s products, so you can grow with us, win with us, and enjoy what we build.

The expected base salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000/year plus variable compensation - with on target earnings of ~$105,000 - $125,000/year. Actual compensation is determined by job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
