About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Java / SAP Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. In an environment where our SDLC is powered by cutting-edge AI tools (including generative AI for coding, testing, and documentation), your primary focus will shift from boilerplate implementation to high-level system architecture, critical evaluation of AI-generated code, and complex problem-solving across both Java cloud platforms and SAP ERP environments.

This role is for a developer who sees AI not as a replacement for skill, but as a force multiplier that demands greater judgment, technical depth, and prompt engineering expertise. Leveraging AI, you will work across the entire software development Lifecycle to enable connectivity into SAP ECC and S/4HANA systems—collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• AI-Enhanced Development & SAP Connectivity: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable Java microservices (primarily using ). Utilize AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, internal tools) to increase speed and offload repetitive tasks.
