This leader operates at the intersection of client partnership, department leadership, and commercial ownership—setting the vision for how the business grows, ensuring integrated excellence across strategy, creative, medical, analytics, and project management disciplines, and building the next generation of account leadership talent. • Lead, manage, and develop a team of account leaders, setting performance goals, coaching leadership capability, and building succession-ready talent.
• Actively involved in business development, including identifying, pursuing, and directing for organic growth.

• A track record of owning financial responsibility for a client business, including job tracking, forecasting, and financial growth.
• Strong experience developing multi-tiered account teams, including other people managers.
• Polished presence and the confidence to represent the agency's point of view, both with clients and within the organization.

What Exceptional Looks Like:

At Ogilvy Health, excellence is not defined solely by flawless execution—it is measured by the value we create for our clients, our teams, and our business. For a VP, Management Supervisor, that means setting the standard others rise to meet, and building a business that grows stronger, smarter, and more valuable over time.

• Operates as the client's most trusted partner, shaping strategy and decisions rather than simply supporting them. They see around corners for the entire business, not just a single brand.
• Builds future leaders, not just teams. They invest in developing the account bench—AGSs, ASs, and beyond—ensuring the organization's strength extends well past their own individual relationships.
• Owns the business like an owner. Financial performance, growth trajectory, and overall health across their business are treated as personal accountabilities, not shared responsibilities.
