Revolution Medicines is a global, commercial-state oncology company dedicated to discovering, developing and delivering innovative medicines for patients with RAS-addicted cancers. Leveraging its differentiated RAS(ON) tri-complex inhibitor platform, the company is advancing a broad, integrated portfolio of oral RAS(ON) inhibitors designed to directly target the active, cancer-driving state of RAS. Founded on rigorous scientific inquiry and a willingness to challenge long-held assumptions, Revolution Medicines is committed to changing the trajectory of disease for patients with RAS-addicted cancers worldwide.
Our people are united by a shared way of working: follow the science, challenge assumptions, act with urgency and hold ourselves to a high standard of rigor—all in service of patients.
The Opportunity:
In this role you will drive the execution of regional and local market access priorities within the national market access strategy, identifying and prioritizing barriers to timely and sustainable patient access. The role will be responsible for providing hands-on support in executing key launch activities across Germany supporting country-level regional and local market access tactics and initiatives to secure reimbursement of Revolution Medicines’ assets. In close cooperation with the sales, marketing, government affairs, and medical departments and in line with the overall commercial business strategy, you will have an instrumental role in the development and execution of market access solutions. This will involve detailed and strategic involvement of various internal and external stakeholders, including hospitals, office-based oncologists, pharmacies, health insurances as well as medical associations and policy makers.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Secure listing in hospital pharmacy lists for Revolution Medicines’ assets once available across Germany, identifying organizational hurdles that might hinder broad adaptation in existing treatment algorithms.
-
Identify market specific needs of prescribers, pharmaceutical decision makers and health policy stakeholders and develop tactics to address evolving market access barriers.
-
Identify access barriers and developing/recommending regional or local approaches and tactics within the established market-access strategy to enable patient-access. This may include e.g. named-patient access, if needed, complying with all relevant regulations for industry involvement.
-
Establish and maintain a network amongst opinion leaders, health insurances, physicians’ associations, and health policy makers.
-
Serve as one of the primary contact points for various market access stakeholder groups, including health insurances (incl. MDK), pharmacies, and hospital administrators.
-
Monitor, collect and inform internal stakeholders with insights on emerging changes in the pharmaceutical policy, pricing, and market access reimbursement framework relevant in the context of Revolution Medicines’ assets. Translate regional insights into actionable recommendations for the regional and national market access team to inform launch and lifecycle planning.
