Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain microservices using Java & Spring Boot.
* Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
* Break down complex tasks into manageable components and deliver high-quality solutions.
* Write clean, efficient, and testable code with various tests.
* Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to ensure smooth CI/CD workflows.
* Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
* Own end-to-end development and testing of features.
* Identify and document test plans and use cases.
* Drive technical design and implementation of complex features and services.
* Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and best practices.
* Participate in estimation, sprint planning, and technical roadmap discussions.
* Contribute to improving engineering excellence through automation, observability, and operational best practices.
* Support production systems through troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and preventive improvements.

Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline
* Over 3+ years of hands-on experience in Java-based software development for enterprise-grade, customer-facing applications
* Strong proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms
* Deep expertise in building Microservices using advanced Java concepts and Spring Boot * Solid understanding of Software Design Principles and Design Patterns * Skilled in build and dependency management tools such as Maven or Gradle * Proficient in Git operations, including rebasing and conflict resolution * Experience working with relational databases * Good grasp of System Design fundamentals * Practical knowledge of messaging systems like Google Pub/Sub, Kafka, or RabbitMQ * Familiar with monitoring tools such as Datadog, New Relic, or Prometheus * Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and containerization technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, and Harness. * Clear and effective communication skills.
