The Opportunity

Our Degree Apprenticeship offers you the opportunity to apply your academic learning in a real-world business context and accelerate the start of your career through our three-year combined study and work programme.

As an integral member of the team, you’ll develop new knowledge, skills, and ideas that will enable you to add real change to the business and lay foundation for a prosperous and challenging career.

The programme will begin in September 2026 and further information on the course can be found on the University of Exeter website.

We will support you in your learning and development both on and off the job through a variety of avenues:

• 20% of your time during the working week will be allocated to your university studies, in partnership with the University of Exeter.
• We will give you an internal mentor to provide career and professional development guidance.
• You will have regular check-in meetings with your line manager to evaluate your progress, both in work and in your studies.
