Software/Infrastructure Graduate

Start Date: September 6th 2027

This is an 18-24 month programme in our London office. The successful hire will have the opportunity to work across multiple (up to six) technology teams. The variety of this programme will enable you to build a strong foundation and gain exposure to different technologies, development styles, and areas of our business.

• The programme takes your input into account; combining your interests with areas where your contribution will make the most impact.
• The programme includes highly personalised mentoring, regular seminars with senior managers and key staff, social events and opportunities to participate in the firm’s charitable activities.
• At any time you’ll be working on one or two projects, with direct business impact, in a supportive team that values open communication.

 Why join us?

You’ll be joining a business where engineering is central to how ideas become outcomes. Our teams build and maintain the platforms, applications and infrastructure that support critical activity across the firm, and we continue to invest heavily in the tools, systems and talent that keep us at the forefront of the industry.

This programme offers an excellent starting point for graduates who want to develop breadth as well as depth. By spending time in different engineering environments, you’ll gain insight into a range of technical disciplines, ways of working and business functions. This broader perspective can help you understand where your interests and strengths are best suited, while building a well-rounded foundation for your future career.

From the outset, you’ll be trusted to contribute to work that matters. You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers on practical challenges, solve real problems, and see how technology decisions influence the business. Along the way, you’ll strengthen your technical capability, build confidence in a professional environment, and learn how to apply your skills in a setting where performance, innovation and teamwork all matter.

You’ll also be supported in your development through close guidance, exposure to experienced colleagues, and opportunities to build connections across the organisation. If you are motivated by learning, enjoy working through complex problems, and want to explore different areas of engineering before choosing a longer-term path, this programme provides a strong platform to do that.
