The role will work within established GTM priorities and program direction, partnering closely with Learning & Development to ensure learning solutions align with Harbor’s overall learning approach and standards, onboarding experience, brand, UGE, and broader learning ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop practical, engaging learning experiences across multiple modalities, including instructor-led and virtual learning, digital learning, presentations, toolkits, job aids, practice activities, assessments, and reinforcement resources.
- Apply adult learning and instructional design principles to recommend appropriate learning approaches, modalities, sequencing, and reinforcement within established program priorities.
- Curate and adapt existing internal and external content where appropriate to accelerate development and create cohesive learning experiences.
- Develop facilitator guides, participant materials, exercises, case studies, knowledge checks, and other resources to support effective delivery and application.
- Ensure learning materials are polished, consistent, accessible, and aligned with Harbor’s learning and brand standards.
