Technical Program Manager

At Noctua Technology, we pride ourselves on pure engineering excellence, but brilliant engineering requires exceptional leadership to cross the finish line. As a small, specialized professional services company supporting both public sector and commercial customers, we need Technical Program Managers (TPMs) who can bridge the gap between complex technical vision and flawless execution.

We are experiencing exciting growth and are always looking for strategic, tech-savvy leaders to join our team. If you are a TPM who loves driving high-impact initiatives, this generic posting is the perfect place to share your background for current and future opportunities.

Core Focus Areas

Our TPMs partner closely with our engineering teams and clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions. We look for leaders who can comfortably navigate and manage projects across our core pillars:

• Application Development: Guiding agile teams to deliver robust, scalable software.
• Data Engineering & AI/ML: Overseeing complex data pipelines, model deployments, and analytics initiatives.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Managing migrations, architecture optimization, and secure cloud deployments.

How We Work

• Remote-First: We are a fully remote company, though we do head onsite to customer locations as needed. We hire engineers located in California, Virginia, Maryland, and D.C. to ensure proximity to customers.
• Our Footprint: We are headquartered in San Diego, CA, with a presence across the Southwest and the DC metro area.
• Finding Your Perfect Fit: Because we support a diverse portfolio of clients, we map your unique domain expertise, methodology preferences (Agile, Scrum, SAFe), and location preferences to the best possible project alignment.

A Note on Timing & Next Steps

Our project pipeline moves fast. Depending on our active contracts, we might have the perfect project lined up for you to jump into immediately, or we may be building a relationship with you for a future need. Either way, we promise to keep you closely aligned on where things stand as we move through the process together.

If you are a technical leader who thrives on execution, thrives in a fast-growing environment, and values engineering excellence, submit your resume and interest today!
