At AlixPartners, we solve the most complex and critical challenges by moving quickly from analysis to action when it really matters, creating value that has a lasting impact on companies, their people, and the communities they serve.

By understanding, respecting and supporting the needs of our employees, clients and communities, AlixPartners fosters an inclusive environment where authenticity, growth and collaboration thrive. We believe diversity strengthens our perspectives, improves our decisions and ultimately delivers better outcomes for our clients.

About our Paris Office

Paris is one of AlixPartners' leading European offices, advising CEOs, Boards, executive teams and private equity investors across France and the wider EMEA region.

Our consultants support clients through their most critical business challenges across industries including Aerospace & Defence, Consumer Products, Retail, Healthcare, Industrial Goods, Technology, Financial Services and Private Equity.

While our office has grown significantly, we have deliberately preserved the entrepreneurial culture of a boutique firm.

Our teams remain lean. Responsibility comes early. Collaboration is genuine. Ideas matter more than hierarchy.

From day one, our consultants work alongside Partners and senior client executives to solve complex business problems and deliver measurable results.

Today, we are investing in the next chapter of our growth by building our AI Transformation practice in France.

AI Transformation

Artificial Intelligence is creating one of the largest business transformations of our generation. While many organisations are experimenting with AI, relatively few have succeeded in turning it into measurable business value.

At AlixPartners, we help clients move beyond experimentation.

We combine strategy, transformation and execution to help organisations identify high-impact AI opportunities, redesign operating models, prototype solutions, deploy AI at scale and create sustainable business outcomes.

Our AI Transformation team brings together experienced consultants, AI specialists and industry experts to help organisations rethink how they operate, make decisions and create value. Working closely with colleagues across our global network, we support clients across functions including operations, finance, procurement, supply chain, commercial excellence and corporate strategy.

Our ambition is to build a team of consultants who combine outstanding business judgement with modern AI capabilities.

This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage, help shape our AI Transformation practice in France and influence how AI consulting evolves within AlixPartners.

What We Offer

Impactful, hands-on and pragmatic—at AlixPartners, your career is driven by performance, initiative and the value you create.

Working in small, highly experienced teams, you will collaborate directly with CEOs, executive committees, Boards and private equity investors on some of their most strategic and time-critical challenges.

Our consultants do more than develop recommendations. They work alongside clients to design solutions, prototype rapidly, deploy at scale and measure the impact created.

One week you may be helping a CEO define an enterprise AI strategy. The next, you may be building an AI-enabled solution to automate a critical business process, improve decision-making or transform the way an organisation operates.

This unique combination of strategy, execution and technology is what differentiates AlixPartners.

Through our One-Firm approach, you will collaborate with experts across industries, functions and geographies while benefiting from exceptional learning opportunities, international exposure and accelerated career development.

• AI governance, responsible AI and security

Hands-on experience building prototypes, experimenting with AI technologies and deploying AI-enabled solutions is particularly valued.

We care far more about what you have built, deployed and the measurable value you have created than the number of technologies you have used.

The AlixPartners Mindset

Technical expertise is only part of the equation.

Our best consultants share a common mindset.

They are intellectually curious.

They simplify complexity.

They are comfortable making decisions in ambiguous situations.

They take ownership.

They enjoy building.

They test ideas.

They continuously improve.

They focus relentlessly on outcomes.

At AlixPartners, titles matter less than contribution.

Hierarchy matters less than ideas.

Execution matters more than PowerPoint.

We believe AI is not an end in itself. It is a lever to solve real business problems, create measurable value and deliver lasting transformation.

We are not looking for people who simply understand AI.

We are looking for consultants who will help organisations create measurable value through AI.

If that resonates with you, we'd love to meet you.
