Arionkoder is an AI consulting firm helping companies build, embed, and own AI systems that drive real business outcomes. We combine Product Development, Artificial Intelligence, and Team Augmentation to craft digital products and solutions that create lasting impact — guided by a human-centric approach and a commitment to pushing the boundaries of what technology can do.

Are you passionate about delivering robust and high-quality solutions?  In this role, you will validate business requirements, identify and document defects, execute manual and automated testing strategies, and advocate for quality across product development initiatives. You will help ensure that customer-facing applications, backend services, and APIs meet functional, integration, performance, and usability expectations while contributing to the continuous improvement of testing processes, automation coverage, and Quality Engineering practices.

Your Impact

You will drive quality by analyzing business requirements to design and execute risk-based testing strategies, encompassing functional, regression, API, and exploratory testing across web applications and distributed services. You will develop and maintain UI test automation using Playwright, validate backend services and data integrity, and meticulously document defects while performing root cause analysis on production issues using application logs and telemetry.

Additionally, you will act as a key quality advocate within Agile ceremonies, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers to identify risks early and ensure clear acceptance criteria. Beyond day-to-day testing, you will play a crucial role in enhancing CI/CD pipelines, improving system observability, and evolving quality engineering standards and best practices across the organization.
