This involves fostering a high-performing and collaborative engineering environment, mentoring team members, and driving the adoption of modern software development best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will work closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions that align with the long-term business roadmap.
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Salesforce Developers and Engineers, focusing on career development, technical growth, and day-to-day delivery execution.
- Drive the architectural vision and technical roadmap for the BSS functions on the Salesforce platform and its integrated applications, prioritizing scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with Product Management, business analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business needs into prioritized, scalable technical solutions.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of complex programmatic Salesforce solutions and integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, Billing).
At a minimum, we would like you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in the Salesforce development ecosystem (CPQ, Order Management) with at least 5-7 years in a formal leadership or people management role.
- Experience in managing and building fast changing web apps, and managing high volume, real time APIs with high traffic.
- Experience in the Salesforce platform with project management acumen, including the ability to accurately estimate scope, deconstruct complex problems into manageable deliverables, and adapt effectively to evolving requirements.
