Overview: We are seeking a forward-thinking Data Analyst / Software Developer who combines strong analytical skills, software development expertise, and a passion for leveraging AI driven solutions to solve complex business challenges. This role goes beyond traditional data analysis, focusing on data transformation, cloud-based technologies, automation, and the practical application of artificial intelligence to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability. What you will do:

• Analyze, transform, and validate data between source and destination systems using modern development practices, automation techniques, and AI assisted tools to improve accuracy, efficiency, and delivery speed.
• Identify opportunities to apply artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation technologies to streamline processes, improve data quality, reduce manual effort, and accelerate solution delivery.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to refine requirements, participate in design sessions, and present ideas and recommendations to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Define, design, and implement data transformation solutions ranging from incremental enhancements for existing customers to complex enterprise scale implementations for new customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production and customer issues as part of a rotating on-call support schedule, leveraging both traditional diagnostic techniques and AI enabled diagnostic tools where appropriate.
• Participate in peer reviews and technical design discussions to ensure solutions meet quality, security, maintainability, and performance standards.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, AI innovations, and industry trends, bringing new ideas and continuous improvement opportunities to the team and the broader organization.
