What Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for people who are relentlessly curious and committed to continuous learning. AI is reshaping every function across our business, and we enable every team member, regardless of role or level, to build fluency in AI tools and concepts. Those who thrive here actively seek out new solutions, experiment thoughtfully, and apply what they learn to drive better, faster, smarter outcomes.

As a Sr. GTM Engineer, Inbound, you will be tasked with a hands-on building role focused on the inbound funnel: how prospects find us, convert, get routed, and get nurtured, embedded with demand generation, digital, and marketing operations, shipping the AI agents, automations, and integrations that speed up lead response, sharpen lead scoring, and personalize the buyer journey from first touch to sales handoff. Success is measured in faster lead response times, higher conversion rates, and teams that no longer touch the manual version of this work. This is a senior individual contributor role where your leverage comes from what you ship, not from managing headcount, and you set the craft bar for inbound automation and coach marketers as you go.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

• Speed up lead response. Build automations that route, score, and respond to inbound leads in minutes, not days. Own the systems behind speed-to-lead.
• Build inbound AI agents. Design and deploy chat agents, form-follow-up agents, and lead-qualification agents that work the top of the funnel around the clock.
